I gave up smoking a year ago and through the grace of God without too much of a struggle. I will tell anyone willing to listen to two things they need to first put it in God's hands and stop telling themselves the lies that they smoke to relieve stress. Smoking doesn't release stress it causes stress. Anytime you don't get your fix you get more and more aggravated to the point you are willing to punch the head of anyone that's unfortunately stepped on the eggshells that you surround yourself with. The other day took my advice to Heart and took their first steps toward quitting and are willing to give my Church a chance this Sunday. Praise Jesus for this opportunity to bring someone into the family and pray that there are many more to come.
