That's why "Foodies Hearthstone" is somewhat my baby...I know how to cook and what makes good food great.
Tonight was a success. Everyone found something in the Paella that they liked. (I'm going to be sad when I run out of saffron...the embargo of Iran is keeping it out of the marketplace...they are the largest producer of it)
Both desserts were a success and everyone enjoyed them as well.
*Sigh*
Even the kids enjoyed the food. That part is amazing to me...most kids are really picky and scared to try stuff. But they went far above and beyond...I let the oldest daughter help make some food. She had a blast operating the timer for me and watching the mussels and clams open up.
