So I had this vision a couple years ago and I was wondering if I saw the tribulation or if it is just nuclear war

Anyways I remember that I saw I was in a place I have never been and there was melted flesh everywhere on the ground blood covered the ground as well and the smell of melted flesh was unbearable everywhere I looked I saw this and not just that I saw people there with torn cxlothes and wounds all over them water and food was scarce and polluted there was no clean water and I saw demons roaming around attacking people and ripping them to shreds I saw a women who was about to be attacked and I stepped in front of her with an intense look on my face facing the demon and I had a sword raised and I said to the demon you will not touch a hair on her head there was a fire in my eyes as I said this and the demon replied saying what do you think you can do? I said I am one of the ones who weilds the sword of truth and you shall not harm her as long as I am alive I sliced the demon and it apparently stung and burned it because I saw smoke coming from the cut I made and boils formed on it's body bubbling boils as if they were hot

That is when the vision ends

There is an interesting comment in scripture about how the enemy will be ashes under the soles of our feet, and there were some major visions given to a sister many years ago that demons can indeed be destroyed (and become as ashes); that their existence can be terminated by the word of the Lord (not our word, but the word of the Lord spoken through us).

This is reminiscent of that. It is a prophecy about the Day of the Lord, and is coupled with the army of God's ability to heal (i.e. when He comes with healing in His wings, another end-time event prophesied to come), so this is a likely reference to demonic wickedness, not human wickedness:

1 “For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, and all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up,” says the Lord of hosts, “They will leave them neither root nor branch. 2 But to you who fear My name, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. And you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves. 3 You shall trample the wicked, for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day that I do this,” says the Lord of hosts. (Malachi 4:1-3)

Note too: This is a Day of the Lord prophecy, so it is future, and yet the righteous will "trample the wicked under their feet." There is no New Testament command for killing human beings, so again the reference must to the demonic wicked. Along with the power to heal, the Lord will grant them the ability to literally destroy demonic spirits who attempt to stand in the way of those healings. If I can, I will find you some quotes from other visions.

That is interesting because there was a dream I had that I will post soon that has to do with fighting armies of demons
