I have seen some setups and they are really cool.

I should have as much as I was interesting the railroad here as a kid. the old northern rail road in you state is still linked to nyc , the station at seattle that is the twin to grand central station is nyc is amazing.

I still have my 1959 Lionel trains at my dad's house in a train display case on a wall. And my dad still has his dad's trains Lionel 1911. Just the engine to that train which he had repainted is worth thousands.

articles on trains. I should post them.

I will post some stories from my state and county with pics. some tracks remain
That would be nice.Although he has a problem with reading long articles.

I have more.

one line from that link and also from the fec and remember my old avatar the train station? that is and old pic but not the oldest of that station.

When my kids were growing up, I established a train set-up so they could enjoy it for hours on end. Each year, we would select new items to create another section. It was a fun activity for the entire family. My son has all of it now, and is now in the process of planning how it will go together, with the assist of his soon-to-be 3 sons. (Yes, it's true! He's happily engaged to a most wonderful Christian woman!)

My brother used to have several when he was little. But none as nice as the one in the OP. They were much more "kiddy".

My uncle has always had a mini train room in is house. Im not sure if he still does it, but he would make all the little buildings, trees, etc and paint them by hand.
