A famous political personality was taken to the hospital today for these symptoms:

And no wonder. He is, according to Obamama, his food-police wife Michelle, and the rest of the medical world a "picture of health":

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...new-food-labels-in-fight-against-obesity.html

And he follows the same diet that the administration, the medical establishment, and the rest of the $pharmaceutical$ world wants us ALL to follow, namely carb-ridden GMO foods like "whole grains" and limiting to only fruits and veggies (not that they are bad, but are only part of a proper diet).

Poor guy. If he was a visitor to my house, I'd grill him a juicy steak, make him lots of eggs for breakfast, and butter (not margarine) up the hot vegetables for his meals--- everything that the medical orthodoxy of religion hates to see people eat and enjoy themselves. And in case the food was modified and something's missing, I'd also make sure I'd give him at least 10x the RDA of vitamins or more like I take. He's probably lacking proper nutrition on his "sodium free" "cholesterol free" and "fat free" meals and then depleting what little nutrition he has with excessive exercise which will lead to heart attacks.

But this is how they want us all to be.... and then complain about health care costs while killing us off.

In case anyone thinks I'm jesting, I'm dead serious.

Not sure what to say. Perhaps iimproper diet could be a reason for faintness and shortness of breath.

Lately sometimes in the mornings when taking a shower I start feeling faintness and shortness of breath. I then typically try to finish my shower quickly so I can sit down somewhere and hopefully feel better again.

If I may make a suggestion.....consider drinking plenty of water before a shower or hot bath. Several years ago, like 20 yrs when we were much younger, my husband had worked all day. It was winter and he had not been thirsty in the cool weather. He decided to take a hot bath for aching muscles. When he got out he was dizzy and passed out. He even became nauseous and passed out again.
It was all caused by being dehydrated.
But if this is a recurring thing you probably should consult your physician!

My wife always was that way and one time she fainted and I called the ER. She came to almost right away and they checked her as being OK, and said feeling faint in the shower is a common thing (nothing became of it other than the fact she stayed home from work that day) Doctor thought it might have been a dip in BP and/or sugar --- blood tests revealed nothing despite her complaining of tiredness at times.

Then.... the mention of muscle aches, she'd jump out of bed in the middle of the night with severe calf pain. That clued me --- since she drinks a lot of water already, I thought more magnesium and salt for muscles as that's a sign it's low. Another blood test revealed her sodium levels were low (whether from not taking in too much or another problem, eg. adrenal I'm not sure). She's the 4th person close to me with low salt levels which is why I'm so critical of "low sodium" diets, as long as one uses the right salt and not processed. An come an think of it, she only takes an extra 500mg magnesium each day, and I don't remember her jumping out lately.

I am one person that despite my accolades of good diet, I have my vices. I can have one or two too many rum and cokes, or maybe an extra snack or two I should not have despite eating good foods. That's when I pop an extra magnesium tablet, and eat something salty, or take an extra B-complex after drinking. My "after morning drinking" muscle aches subsided tremendously when doing so. With the American diet today, and even vegetables stripped of their nutrients (GMO etc), it's a good thing to know. If muscles ache, it's because they are missing something, not because a doctor needs to put you on a pain pill --- in our case solved the problems better than paying good money for doctors, and be told "here's a pill you'll have to take the rest of your life" thus turning otherwise healthy people into lifelong patients when it's not needed.

this happens a lot in tulsa. kids and adults get rashes, dry itchy skin, shortness of breath, dizziness and other troubles when and because they take a shower or a bath. the television stations 2, 6 and 8 all admitted this, broadcast it on open tv for a whole week a summer or 2 ago. unfortunately, the broadcasts were not in the people's best interest as found out shortly thereafter. .....
anyhow, go online or to a hardware store or a healthfood store and purchase a water filter to put before the shower head. you will notice a difference in your feelings the same day.... (at least everyone else that got one in the last decade plus has said so! )

p.s. carey reams proved that practically all disease and illness(like shortness of breath) is from poor diet, and he healed more people(9997 out of 10000) than anyone else in the history of the united states (at least of known people) without using any of the manmade synthetic stuff.

Don't forget the coffee, country sausage gravy, and anything else science might proclaim wrong for us. They have yet to cure the common cold and they're attempting to tell us how to live long? tsk tsk

try a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. 98% of the time(from experience with several hundred people) it works immediately. (and costs about a nickel, or 2 to 7 dollars per bottle(glass) )
99% of the time it relieves heartbrn, burp, reflx, stmch upset , or ind.gstion in 5 to 10 minutes.
watch out though -- one of the best brands available the last 200 years (hnz) has recently bottled in an almost
identical bottle something entirely different health-wise. so make sure to read the ingredients !!! (always a good idea anyway)
