Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies.
3 Cups of whole wheat flour. Unbleached.
3\4 Cup of sugar.
3\4 Cup of brown sugar.
2 Level teaspoons of baking soda.
2 Level teaspoons of salt.
1 Cup of butter.
1 Teaspoon of vanilla.
3 Large eggs.
12oz of simisweet chocolate chips.
Bake at 350, in preheated oven.
The cookies are done when they turn dark brown on the bottom edges.
