I have heard that before.
 
I just thought of something.
Maybe I eat a good diet and that's why nothing makes me hungrier.
It must be all those potato chips.

I hardly eat any of that stuff. It's all mostly processed, but according to the government a lot falls under the category of "grains" which they want you to have 6-11 servings of a day (or used to). Then, they tell you to stay away from foods that will keep you satisfied like a juicy steak, butter, eggs and yes, even the skin from your fried chicken because we all know that's what's been making us fat with "bad" cholesterol and saturated fats. :rolleyes :lol

But if you do decide to eat "badly" and really feel full and nourished for a change, then do yourself a favor and just lighten up on the carbs that this article shows. They do not go well with meaty foods and you'll probably be satisfied without them anyway.
