The way to get higher in spirituality i believe is getting out of the comfort zone. Paul said that tests and trials strength our faith. I fast everyday. I did some other things which i will not discuss, but i am not the same person i was 5 years ago. The spiritual journey is about growth. Growth is listening to Gods word and what it says. It is drawing away from worldly fashions and towards Jesus ideals.
