I have noticed that alot of what used to be "common knowledge" seems to be falling to the wayside. What I mean is those things that used to get passed down from one generation to another have started to dissapear. Did you ever have somebody share something with you only to say "I never knew that" but it was so obvious it just never crossed our thought path. So if you have something to share whether it was passed down from grandma or grandpa or whomever, lets make these things common knowledge again. It can literally be anything, medicinal, scriptural, integrity, little tips that make life smoother, etc, etc.

I will start, I found out a few years ago that eating my vegetables(or fruit) last or at the end of a meal puts the enzymes in the veges on top of the food in my stomach and breaks down the meal alot better. Restaurants have it backwards as they serve the salad first and the enzymes pass through you first and you lose the opportunity for them to aid in digestion. It made a huge difference for me and actually cleared up some intstinal problems I was having.
