This is free software called "Foreword". Just type in the letters to be used and set the number of letters for the scrabble word and it will give you ie. all 5 letter words out of the ie. 7 letters you might be using.
ForeWord can analyse from 2 to 25 letters, indexed against a 160,000+ word dictionary. By selecting the edit box, characters can be entered for analysis. The edit box accepts only the characters 'a' - 'z' and '?', which can be entered by using the <space> bar.
The presence of a '?' character within an entered sequence of letters indicates a missing letter and ForeWord will scan for matching words. Otherwise, ForeWord will scan for anagrams.
Anagram Generator
In anagram mode, ForeWord will generate a list of all words that can be constructed from the entered letters. The minimum required word length is determined by the spin panel. The default is 2 but can be adjusted by pressing the up / down scroll buttons.
The search word list is sorted in ascending word length order.

I only just downloaded this. It works...but I don't guarantee anything else about it, yet.
