The number of people on the beach that day is estimated in the thousands, with only a reported three dozen or so law enforcement officers.

Please pray for God's will on May 5th.

As the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico, the reports from Coquina Beach are that all was peaceful. There was a show of force by local law inforcement officers, and any scheduled gang wars were detered.

Reports then focused on the Latino population that were cooking out, and celebrating Cinco De Mayo.
