So my bro-in-law is a gaming, Simpsons/Family Guy loving, comic book, arty, anime, movie buff, music geek.

I'm sure there are some things I missed in there but you get the general idea. Anyway, we had some issues in the past few months but he still bought me a Christmas present so I felt really bad when I didn't get him anything. Then his bday just passed as well and I did nothing.

Any ideas on what I can get him? In the past I've bought him Best Buy certificates but now I'm thinking that's a little lame. He totally got me this gorgeous Mexican tea set which is so me. So now I feel I need to get him something that he'll really appreciate.

Suggestions?

What type of movies, games and music is he into?

Movies...Big Labowsky, Office Space, any comic book movie, warewolves, vampires, Star Wars...Star Wars is huge for him

Games...I don't know what he's playing now a days...he was a Halo guy...so whatever comes after Halo...

Music...Fear Factory is the main one I know. He like almost everythign except the Beatles and crappy rap...

There are some really great first-person shooters (and the like) on 360. He would love Bioshock, which he may have already but if not, then I would say that it would be a perfect gift. Other good games to consider would be any of the games from the Call of Duty series (war-themed games) and Condemned 2: Bloodshot(which is more of a suspense game and not suitible if he does not like the sight of blood). I own Bioshock but not the latter two. However, I have been told that they are great.

I'm not into anything 'Starwars' but MISFIT is, so I'm sure he'll have some suggestions. Anyway, I hope this helps you a little.

Thank you! I'll have to dig around and see what games he has. I don't keep up anymore the way I used to but the help is appreciated!

Sounds like my kind of guy!! Try Star Wars The Force Unleashed, it's a great game if he does not have it already. Or if he has a Blu-Ray player or a PS3 there's always Star Wars the Clone Wars movie that just hit Blu-Ray.
