[__ Prayer __] Got Thanks ...?

Phil 4:6 Tells us to; Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. This it is the season in America to remember to be thankful, yes?

OKAY Let's all try that. I will start.

I thank God for answering my prayer for His will in the biopsy report I just recieved. God is Gracious! :infinity

I thank God for His wisdom and guidance in answer to John Muise's prayer, for the correction of his septic tank problems. God cares about all our little issues, especially monetarily. YEP!

I thank God for all the prayers that He has answered with the direction to wait. I have a TON of those prayers! His timing is gloriously perfect. How much loss I would suffer if He did not do this grand work for me.

I thank God for every paryer He said no to, He will is perfect, my will is subject to me! Oooo! I am so glad He does not allow many of my requests to be fulfilled! Gosh~ I have asked for ALL kinds of things, have you guys? :naughty

I thank God for His Holy Spirit changing my direction while I continue to pray over a matter that concerns my heart. How GOOD He is to work on me, just because I come to Him. :heart

I thank God for the glory He recieves in all our prayers as He so beautifully extracts the precious from the vile. What a WONDERFUL GOD we have! EH? :shades

:amen please add your thanks, He so deserves it, and it lifts up the hearts of others to praise.

I thank God for giving me the medicaid I much need for the medical care of myself and the baby I am carrying.

I thank God for my husband....a loving husband who is faithful can be so hard to find in today's society.

I thank God for my family...at times I do not know where I would be without them.

I thank God for what friends I have, a real one is so rare anymore.

I thank God for my enemies as well as hard times....would not be who I am without them nor would I grow.

I thank God for alll the provisions He gives my loved ones, friends, enemies, and myself. Awesome it is to have such an intent and loving God who takes the time to watch over everything.

Above all else.....

I thank God for His ever abiding love in which granted me salvation from my sins. Thank God for Jesus Christ.

I thank God for His unending faithfulness! For 10 years He stayed by me and protected me from serious danger while I ran from His direction and did what I wanted. I thank Him for caring enough about me to make it difficult for me to be happy in those situations, and for allowing me to come to the end of myself through hardships I had created. I thank Him for accepting me back with open arms, and providing me a way out of my circumstances, and for lifting my feet onto higher ground so that I would not drown in my despair.

I thank God for giving me to a pair of Godly, loving parents who showed me what it means to live by faith and to trust in the Lord. And I thank Him for the wonderful, adventurous childhood that He gave me through their obedience!

I thank Him for saving me at the tender age of 6, so that in all my wild runnings I still can say that I don't know what it's like to not have the Holy Spirit living within me....It makes such a difference! :yes

I thank Him for saving my brother and sister also. :angel

I thank God for bringing me to a man who loves Him more than he loves me, and who has been so very understanding of me when I thought no one ever could. :heart

I thank God for my Kinsman Redeemer, Jesus, who has bought me from sin and death and has claimed me for His own!!! 2 3 :bounce

I could go on and on,...We truly are blessed in this country inspite of all the ugly that goes on.

I thank God for his grace and the new life he has given me.

I thank God for the Valley that He has me in and that even though the Valley is hard to go through, He gives me the strength to make it since I am clearly not capable of making it on my own. I don't even want to try!

I thank God that my husband's skin biopsy came back clean (skin cancer has hit not only his dad, but his 25 year old sister).

I thank God for providing a roof over my head and food in my stomach.

I thank God that I have a wonderful, supportive husband who loves me as Christ loves the Church.

I thank God for giving me some wonderful christian girl-friends to talk with and lean on.

I thank God for my church and the prayer that they send up on my behalf and the behalf of all those who attend and all those who don't.

I thank God for my family. Even though most don't share my religious beliefs, they always are there for me and support me.

I thank God for my children. God hasn't blessed me yet, but when He does, I know I'll be ready. There's a reason for my childlessness.

I thank God for this forum. Even though some of us don't always see eye to eye, I know that we all support each other and can count on each other for prayer and companionship.

Some of these thanks givings are soooo lovely I wanted to repeat them. I'm old, so I like to hear things again...

A Little more from moi... for His glory shared with us villians, for extracting precious intentions from my vile works... and amazingly keeping a marvelous reward for me for it! WHOA! :crazy

For my children, both daughters who walk with Him and teach my nine grand kids to love Him, for the tender loving men to whom my girls have become helpmates and thru whom the wonder of the Lord and His bride is revealed daily! I bow in His honor for this work! :nod
