Ahh, shucks, that sounded braggartly also.

Seriously, after my dear friend died last year at age 48 (heart attack), I looked at my own fitness and found it wanting. In the last 14 months I have pulled myself into the best condition of my life.

I'd like to be around to see my grandkids have kids, God willing.

In that spirit, sincere thanks to all who have wished me well. And no, Solo, I don't need a windbag to help me blow the candles out, God has already supplied me with one (yours truly).
