[__ Prayer __] Heavy Burdens

Please pray for me as I am heavily burdened by stresses brought on by financial burdens. I feel overwhelmed and insecure as a husband and father because I am unable to care for my family in the manner I want and they deserve. I am trying to finish college and financially care for my family at the same time and feel so burdened that I have lost confidence in my ability to finish school. Please pray for encouragement and motivation for me during this tough time in me and my family's lives. I feel as if my son is being shortchanged because I can't provide for him the way I want.

Please pray for me to have patience. I just want the best for my family and I want it now and am unable to provide that and it weighs heavily on my heart.

Please pray for me and give me sound Christian advice. Thank you all. God Bless.

I come before your thrown of grace and mercy full of thanks and praise. Lord I come before you with my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ to bring RLG78 before you. Father you heard his cries even before he spoke and father we believe that you wll supply all his needs according to your riches and glory. Father i pray that you will protect him and his family and that you will send your angles to minister to him. We thank you in advance for you are a faithful God.

Get rid of any cell phones in the family. Get rid of cable/sat TV. Stop eating out.

As long as a family member is looking after your son while you're at work or school, don't worry about shortchanging him. Children don't need much money spent on them.

Place your confidence in God, and revisit everything. Less in a family is always more...books vs TV, making clothes, or dressing up hand me downs vs. Walmart, or Macy's, making gifts in creative ways, instead of buying them. It's my experience that children would prefer to color with you, or read with you, instead of playing with their own toys. Making paper dolls, or paper airplanes. Dinner's from scratch are healthy, plant a garden next Spring...seeds can be found cheap, or collected from organic food. Eliminate things as Poke mentioned...

The manner they deserve is Godly, simple, and together in a glorifying manner...the other stuff is just stuff. This is the best truth I can offer.
