though this book is directed to the Jews is it relevant to Gentiles?

I believe Paul wrote it. It's very relevant to Gentiles as it points to Christ being superior to Moses and Aaron, His being a superior sacrifice, and the New Covenant being superior to the Old.

Authors mean little to me. I see it as The Word of Eternal Inspiration regardless of where it is found. (Rev. 14:6) But Paul most likely penned the Inspiration as 'i' see it.

And is it relevent to Gentiles?? Surely the creation of the Godhead were to die IN THE FAITH, right?? Heb. 11:13
And Christ our High Priest's work is not FINISHED as of yet, is it?? See Psalms 77:13 patterns from Heb. 9:23 + Heb. 8:5's EXAMPLES!

From my research, no one knows who wrote the Book of Hebrews. Many claim it was Paul so as to assign it authorship, but the earliest Church fathers truly didn't know who wrote it.

I don't suppose it matters much, since the Holy Spirit truly gets all the glory for the Bible :-)

You're correct. Because of the book's deep and rich content and the mention of Timothy and the tone of the fellowhip, I've always sensed Paul...but I, of course, could be wrong. :)

I don't think it matters much either way. Knowing the authorship simply tells us context and gives us some background, but regardless Hebrews is such a rich source of meat!
