Hi, my name is Andrew Bernhardt, and I've trusted in Jesus for most of my life (since the 1960's). I live in Beatty, Nevada, a small desert town of 1000 people just east of Death Valley, where I'm part of a small community church.

I am on some other Christian forums, sometimes under the name Fadingman. I've been telecommunicating since the BBS days of the 1980's. (I wrote, ran and sold a BBS program for the Commodore 64.)

I've had a website since the mid-1990's, which primarily has a knowing Jesus/discipleship focus. I enjoy studying my Bible, and when I find something personally edifying, I like to share it. The website gives me a medium to do so.

I look forward to sharing and learning here. I don't consider myself a good writer, though, because it takes me a long time to put two words together, so I'm not a heavy poster.
 
Dear Brother AndyBern, Welcome and I look forward to your input among us. Having just cleaned my sidewalks of around eight inches of snow I can't even imagine living near Death Valley. I spent two weeks in Yuma AZ in a tent while in the Air Force and that was the cure for that form of entertainment. May you be blessed in your time with us in Jesus' name.
