Here is a verse in Obad. 1 (only one chapter) that comes after the above signs, as is the FINISHED RESULTS in THE END of some!

[16] For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.


Can anyone understand what that is saying? GONE! NEVER TO EXIST AGAIN! TO BE [AS THEY HAD NEVER BEEN!!!]

It sure is a good thing we dont take verses out of context or we wouldnt be able to understand the flight you are quoting Jesus is about those who are fleeing from Judea.If we took this verse out of context the way some people do ,we might think it was talkling about ourselves.

The christians are instructed by Jesus to flee out of Judea when they see the abomination of desolation placed.
These christians represent the woman.That is the church in Judea.
But her offspring that the beast goes to war with after she flees are those who keep the comandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus.
They are going to start dieing soon after the abomination of desolation is set up in Daniel 11;33.

Keep in mind.When Moses went into Egypt and instructed Pharoah to let the people go he wouldnt.
Besides.Those who shall die by the beast are instructed to go throughout the cities of Israel and preach.It is written that they shall not go over all the cities of Israel till Jesus comes.
Jesus also spoke of the beast killing those saints in
Mt 23;34
Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and [some] of them ye shall kill and crucify; and [some] of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute [them] from city to city:

Its a funny thing that Jesus tells the beast what he is going to do before he does it and
all these christians here in the US support that beast even after they read about what it shall soon do in Mt 23;34.

Elijah here: I see the Midnight Cry 'GO YE OUT! to meet Him' in Matt. 25 (parable) as the starting up of the New Church of Acts. I see Matt. 10:5-6 the first great Shaking of the Old 'Lost Sheep Of The House Of Israel' + I see the Acts ones as the Remnant of Old Israel with Old Israel staying put as Christless! (Matt. 23:38) So the ones of 70 AD's slaughter are the Apostate Old Israel church. And the Abomination of Desolation came when Christ was put out & satan took over! 'We have NO KING BUT CEASAR' they cried! And again, that was 'in the midst of the week' as Daniel has it! Christ's day on earth.(Not 70AD's slaughter, there are aprox. 39 years span seen here.)

Here is how 'i' see it:
You are using Matt. 10:38 and Christ was there at that time speaking, so it does have a [repeated] history for our last day. But this message was for the LOST SHEEP OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL! (Matt. 10:5-6.. see verse 15!) And the Eccl. 3:15 REPEAT message is to the Last Laodicean Virgin Church of Rev. 3:16. This seventh church is to be split into the Philadelphian one of verse 10 who are to be kept from 666. See Rev. 12:17 Both are on the scene at the same time as was Old Israel & the Acts Church. The Acts Church was the Remnant of old Israel's FAITHFUL!

I do agree that Old Israel will play a part with rome setting up her center there for the last work pf satan. But the Jews as a nation have gone desolate. Surely we will see some accept Christ & flee as Rev. 18:4 Warns the Rev. 17:1-5 daughters as well!

Here is both past prophecy & the prophecy for the Disciples in the future. Only John it seems died a natural death. In Acts 12:1-5 we find easter mentioned for (the days of unleavened bread) which the apostate church were still keeping & the apostate church were the ones killing. James was executed by Herod because the Jews were delighted. And Peter was locked up!

Mt 23;34

Jesus knew who would kill the saints thousands of years before the fact.He even told the beast he would kill the saints before they are killed in that verse.

The ancient Israel you are refering too is the beast that was.But when John wrote Rev 17;11 (about 100 ad)the beast was not.It did not excist
It is once more today though.It is the eighth and is of the seven.
