Finally, our daughter and her family are back on the mainland. They decided to move from Honolulu to upstate New York to be closer to the rest of the family. Son-in-law and oldest grandson are in the Adirondacks getting their new home ready. Daughter Laurel and newest grandson Mayim Michael are staying with us in Connecticut until the home is ready, about another three weeks. They're looking forward to winter in the mountains.

Hi Mike,
Just saw this.
I'm really happy for your whole family.
It's important for a family to be close, both in relationship and distance.
Especially for a woman - It's a good idea for her to be as close to her family as possible.
You'll be able to see Mayim every now and then!
He looks sweet and like a good baby.
