How Can I Host Warcraft III Games?

After over 4 years of ownership, I discovered how to host on my game, but not on my own computer. Now the information I received is irrecoverably lost, so I must inquire of this community if they know how to host games. It had something to do with a firewall and a port number. Thanks.
