I would like to download the cute little characters that you find on alot of messageboards to use with my e-mail.The ones that are antimated.I tried doing this a long time ago and it messed up my computer.Any good sites that are safe or any idea how to do this?
 
I get a warning from tower control sometimes --- weird --- canadatax something when I clik on the face.......
try downloading a photograph with a usb cable,
then duck tape the picture to the post.
(like the canadian 'Red Green Show' ) :)
 
I've done it. You have to save it as a GIF file. You can't just copy/paste save it.
When you download it, before you open it to use it, scan it for viruses and wotnot.

Hey how about that? I guess they upgraded the internet or something like that now. I can just copy and paste these ones now. :)

Or maybe it's just this particular site? I dunno but when I used to try that (copy/paste) it would only copy the image and it wouldn't animate then. Now it does!
