Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum, but I just had to share something amazing about how quickly God can work and answer prayers.
Yesterday, I prayed and thanked God for my time at home while I'm unemployed, and then I asked Him to help me find new employment.
This morning there were tons of job opportunities to apply for (The past few days haven't really been anything new), and I even got a call from an employment recruiter for a job that seemed so perfect for me.
I was excited, but I knew I had to talk to my husband about it first. In the past, he had been firmly against me taking an on-site job, even for the first few weeks then remote.
I prayed again for God's help, as I had a feeling my husband was going to say No again. However, he surprised me by saying, "Yeah, that's fine as long as it's fully remote afterward." Knowing my husband well, this was definitely out of the ordinary, and it felt like God had answered my second employment prayer.
Some may argue it's just coincidence, but I know my husband well, and this felt different. Plus, I've been struggling to get job offers since March, but since I started praying, things have been looking up.
I just wanted to share my experience and give thanks to God for listening and answering my prayers.
Although I haven't received a job offer just yet, I can't deny that it feels like God is listening and answering my prayers. Some may argue it's just a coincidence, but when you've been with someone for four years, you know them inside out, and this felt different from his usual response. Also, I've been struggling to make progress with job applications since March, and the only thing that has changed recently is that I started praying and actually making time for God. It seems to be making a difference, clearly!
I feel extremely grateful for an experience I recently had and I thought it would be great to share it with all of you. It's amazing to see how God can work in our lives, even in the tiniest details. This experience reminded me that good things, our destinations, and our goals in life may take some time to be completed, but they are being actively worked on with tremendous love and care. In the end, it will all be worth the wait.
