Please pray for the safe return of this child, and for comfort and peace for the family. May the Lord guide law enforcement officials. Also remember to pray for the suspect who has taken this child.

Ok you people' I know that more can make a commitment to pray for this baby. Come on lets get with it Christians.
 
Sometimes finding the right words for situations such as this is very difficult for many us. So, I did a search and found some prayers. I hope this helps.


Father in Heaven I pray for the families of the missing and those precious ones that we have lost. Lord I ask for comfort for those grieving for precious ones they have lost and those missing loved ones. I pray for comfort and peace within their spirits. I pray for your will to be done during these difficult times they are facing and for help for them to get through each second of the day. I pray for your continued help and protection in keeping our children safe from danger. I pray that children will be found and abductors caught. I pray for an extra measure of wisdom from you to be given to the law enforcement agencies and child find groups in the catching of these criminals and for the prevention of repeated crimes upon innocent victims by these individuals. I pray this in Jesus name Amen.

And another:

Lord, I ask for comfort upon the hearts that are hurting because they have lost one of these little ones or have one of these sweet babies still missing. I pray for recovery of these children that are still missing and for healing for the families.

I also pray for wisdom for all parents to aid in the protection and safety of all our children as well. In Jesus name Amen.

Police now say he was kidnapped by human smugglers and is being held for ransom.

"We want to make sure people of Lee County know we're not experiencing a woman kidnapping babies. This is a human trafficking motive," said Fort Myers Police Chief Hilton Daniels.

Within the last 24 hours, baby Bryan's parents told police their son was kidnapped to pay off the debt for smuggling them from Brazil to the US.

Father,
We bring Bryan to you today, asking for your protection over this helpless little boy. Keep him safe and free from all harm and all evil, and we ask for his safe return. And I ask for salvation for all of the people who are involved in this.

This situation is very complex, and it is hard to know what to ask you to do. I pray for Bryan's parents. Lord, put them where you want them to be. Bring about your righteousness in their lives. May their hearts be turned toward you. Law enforcement officers are in need of your guidance as well. Lord, show them where Bryan is. Give them wisdom and guidance in dealing with this situation. Keep them safe as well as they are dealing with unknown dangers. Send your holy warring angels to protect and guide them.

Father, I pray for those who have taken baby Bryan. I ask that you drive out all demonic forces from them. Bring a conviction on them to treat that child properly while he is in their care. Bring a conviction on them for the wrong that they have done. Crush the hardness of their hearts, and let them come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Hinder them in all of their illegal activities. Bring them to repentance, and turn all of this around for the good of your kingdom. Bring glory and honor to your name as this situation is resolved.

As I pray for the safe return of Bryan, I also ask that if this is a large or wide spread operation, that you would use this to expose what is happening and give law enforcement officials the wisdom, knowledge and understanding that is needed to deal with this. Human trafficking, human smuggling and illegal aliens are all in need of your attention Lord. I pray that you bring an end to slavery, and end to the abuse, and bring justice against those who continue to practice these terrible crimes.

Thank you Father that you know where Bryan is, and who has him. Work miracles Lord, for we ask it in Jesus' name.

The FBI is also involved in the case and say they are looking at the human smuggling angle.

So far more than 300 leads have come in to the police department.
Police have also started using an e-mail account now for any new leads.

Police are saying that the parents are in this country illegally. They were smuggled in two years ago, and failed to make full payment to the smugglers. They believe that this was the motive for the kidnapping, and that it is possible that Baby Bryan may have been sold on the black market.

With no news yet, & just 5 days to Christmas, I feel a link to a recent call by the President @ human trafficking & slave trade may well focus a depth of prayer God will use to soften hard hearts at the time of year when they are most open to reflect & repent, yes?
