This has got to be a joke. Time travel just isn't possible. Maybe I am missing something though, can somebody please explain this to me?

No, it's not a time machine in any sense people would think of one. It's a trick that for a bit, reverses the course of events predicted by thermodynamics ("the arrow of time").

Time travel is just a far away now, as it was before.
