But this has just gone way too far in my book. First a cute little children's film (please don't ask how I saw it as I didn't do anything illegal and that's all you need to know) and now this. :nonono

I had a friend who used to work Splash Mountain (and Jungle Cruise)...I'm sure she would be very displeased.

Why on earth would it become The Princess and the Frog? I can't see that fitting together unless they do a major makeover.

I agree and it's because people have gotten to the point of complaining about every little thing. Which is the exact reason that I believe we can learn a lot from the animals. Three - legged cats and dogs seem to be a lot happier than most people in wheelchairs. Anyways, I've never been on either ride but I really want to see that movie Jungle Cruise. :D

I guess we'll see what happens. Hopefully Disney will be unwilling to change it.

I forgot they made a Jungle Cruise movie. Not sure if I will see it or not, but the ride is silly. It's not my favorite, but it's something to do.

Maybe if kids growing up today see the adults of the world actively correcting stereotypes and the grownups do so while acting like adults it would be a good thing. Doing so while complaining about “political correctness” robs the action of most of it’s potential power.
If we believe a person should be known by their own personal character we should make that visible in the way we portray people.

Do you mean silly in a good way or silly in a bad way?

History is there to learn from so it does not repeat and people can move forward. Living in the past is sometimes not a good thing it can mes with your mind, living in the future sometimes not a good thing it can mess with your mind, living for today, your daily bread is stable.

It's just my opinion.

I said that people are trying to bring unity by causing division. It just will make things worse not better. Its good to speak up but when personal views get involved it can be pretty chaotic.
