You are in my prayers, Channing. Losing weight is always a challenge. The biggest things to remember when losing weight: exercise daily and reduce the portion size of what you eat. Switch to water or iced tea (no sugar) instead of soft drinks.
And, 1 day a week (I selected Sunday for myself): treat yourself to 1 item you don't allow yourself during the other 6 days. I might have a Coca Cola, or a Three Musketeers Bar, or a Cherry Turnover .... you get the picture.
When exercising, start with doing 5 of each exercise: sit ups, jumping jacks. toe touches...whatever exercises you plan to do. At the beginning of each new week, increase by 1 the repetitions, until you find that doing 6 or 7 of each exercise is getting easy; at that point, increase by 5 weekly.
Just stay dedicated to losing the weight. You can do it!
