Ice cream is cold... and other interesting discoveries

My mom once told me about the time ice cream was first available in the town she grew up in. Some friends of the family were visiting and my grandmother had bought some ice cream to try. When one of the ladies tasted it for the first time in her life, she said "Brrr... That's cold! You'd think it was frozen!"
