The issue of Id has been dealt a severe setback in PA where the judge ruled to stick to evolution. A most important point in the whole issue is the the judge who ruled on the case was appointed by Bush. So the arguement of a "liberal" judge making decisions against the bible cannot be made here. One of their own handed them an eye opener.

It's hardly surprising. The board members tried ot lie and decieve thier way through the case and the judge saw right through them
