Possible (as in "Anything is possible for God") but highly unlikely. If God wishes to speak to us through the Holy Spirit he doesn't need our internet to do it. I don't see how any of this has to do with anything in Jeremiah 13. Now, would one of our modern day false prophets do this and claim it was the Holy Spirit? Yeah, that's been happening already.
