It hit me like a ton of bricks.......... This is a parallel to how most churches operate.

It's a parallel to how EVERYTHING in life works. People who are attractive get better treatment.

I would agree with this in many situations, however not always.
If there is a group gathering and an attractive single woman shows up the other women in the group see her a competition compared to an unattractive woman. They may also believe rumors about her behaviors because they know she has more opportunities to be tempted than an unattractive woman.

Looks and an attractive person is much more excepted in our world.And that means maintaining a very thin and attractive figure.Look at the billions of dollars that the beauty products make.I think a blond will turn more heads.Look at all the bottle blonds that we have in this world.Take a heavy more unattractive woman.When she walks in the room does she get attention?It is all about what is more important to you in this world.

YUP! When I was in my twenties and thirties, on stage and off I had that cocky little prance and my, set every Friday after work, Conway Twitty hair setting, I hated to sleep on, and the girls from fifteen to 60 thought I was so cute! LOL, now, I'm an old man in a wheel chair... life is a blast if we continue to learn.

All of that and my Deeter loves me anyway. She did inform me before she married me there would be no more Hogs in my life and really, Bikes (chopped) are a good thing but she is worth a lot more.
