When was the last time you made meal out of poison oak? Or smoked it up? Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians that all things are permissable, but that doesn't mean that they are at the same time beneficial. Just because the plant grows doesn't mean we need to smoke it. We all are aware of the health risks of smoking... we also know the effects mary jane over time on the brain.
