I have a "Doppelganger". He lives in California. I've never seen him but from what I hear, we could be twins.

What is a 'Doppelganger?".
 
I have been told I have one of those.She was a social worker at a hospital.I think her name was Sarah.Someone was always saying "Hey Sarah" then they would look again and say..."Oh I am sorry".
