Who originally drew the picture? And what is your intended purpose in using the picture? Asking because copyright laws make it illegal to tamper with someone else's work. Altering strictly for personal use on a personal computer assuming the picture won't be distributed or sold is one thing--still iffy legally, but probably would not get you in trouble. But don't quote me on that.
