We gather together as a sacred assembly in this holy place;
Together, we celebrate with joy, God's amazing grace.
Together, with our voices and our hands upraised;
We sing the song of triumph and victory; "Jesus Christ, be praised!"

We praise Him who sits upon heaven's golden throne;
We acknowledge Him to be the living God alone.
With the Church, our voices and hands upraised;

We praise the One who laid His golden crown aside;
Who came to earth, became man, and for our sins, suffered and died.

We praise Him who rose from death to life again;
And who defeated the powers of the devil and sin.
With the Church, our voices and hands upraised;

We look for Him to return with angels in power and glory;
And to the world, the Church proclaims His sacred story.
