I have been laid off, out of work and actively looking for work for 14-months. I have been keeping the faith and staying positive but it is becoming tougher and tougher to stay positive knowing that my unemployment run out a while back and my savings are no more. Please pray for my situation to improve.

Guess what? It really is okay to be not too positive feeling or thinking sometimes... Jesus forgives every failure in us. Our Lord desires His people to pour out their hearts like water to Him, to unburden our souls, roll off every weight upon His great powerful shoulders. Cast all your cares on Him - for he cares for you. SO MUCH!

When our lives are full of trials we can stumble a little, but we always remain within the arc of safety, our salvation in Christ. No matter how big the waves can get, the Lord is in the boat with us... and His word can bring the peace that surpasses our understanding. :-D

See~ we do not have to understand the situation, or even know what He is doing, yet we can have perfect peace, as we keep our minds on Him.

Let the Lord hear you cry out to Him, remember the man who had little faith? He ask Jesus to help his unbelief, and Jesus did!

Father Almighty, Creator and Provider of all heaven and earth, we come before You for mercy and favor for this laboring saint. Please open her a door of employment, and quickly Father. King David said in the Psalms 27:13 KJV, "[I had fainted], unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. :smt049

Lord God, let her see Your hand in her life, working to cause her to be blessed with a good steady job that will provide for her family. Give her increased faith as she goes to Your word for it, For faith comes by hearing the word. And guide her by Your sure word too! And thank You father, for the blessing of being your children, and the wonderful opportunity to bring everything to You in prayer! We ask in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. amen.

I'm in agreement with Bonnie in prayer and with the others in Jesus name....God will open doors that are better in the long run. GBU

Please bless Leslie with work, and give her peace of mind until You provide her with work, Your Word says in Luke chapter 12: 22Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. 23Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. 24Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!. You are our portion, You are our Strength, You will provide, and beyond our expectations. Father give her the faith of a mustard seed, so she can say to this mountain go and cast yourself into the sea. Father You didn't tell us we had to go up that mountain, You didn't tell us to go around it, You didn't tell us to try to go through, You told us that we can, with Faith in You, that we can tell it to get out of our way. Praise You Lord. Father Give her her the courage to face her the mountain with that kind of faith. Father we don't come to you telling you how big our problems are, but instead are going to show our problems just how big You are. You have control and power over everything, Praise You. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen

Oh do I feel for you.....for that is the position I have been in. Only God chose to answer prayer with a baby which may seem a little strange, but there is a reason for it. Just as I am sure that there is a reason behind your long wait. Perhaps God is trying to equip you with patience?

Been there done that. GOD is good. Keep the faith. He will come through. He always does. He will not put on us more that we can bear. Our prayers are with you.
