They are the same and the apostles used both interchangeably. Depending on which writer you are reading, they either used Kingdom of God or Kingdom of Heaven. For instance, Matthew and Mark said the exact same thing but used different words to describe the Kingdom. As you can see in the scripture below, both said we should repent, both said God's Kingdom is at hand.
Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
Here is another example, Matthew and Luke both stated "go and preach the Kingdom", knowing that God isn't going to go tell us to preach something different, we can see they were both saying the same thing, otherwise they were divided and we know a house divided will fall.
Matthew 10:7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
Luke 9:60 ...go thou and preach the kingdom of God.
Matthew always used the term "Kingdom of Heaven", while Mark and Luke used the term "Kingdom of God", both the same, they all were saying the same thing.
