[__ Prayer __] Lust in the workplace

The issue has not been that severe for me with the women but I've been noticing it has been a problem here with others. Both men and women do this and not focused on the job. Recently it has gotten a bit out of hand.

I go to work to do work, not mingle with the women there. It would be nice if I was left alone with this. Some women have been trying to get into situations to get me to talk to them. Even when they don't, they have lust in their hearts which is also bad.

Some if not many of these women are married or have a relationship with someone. So prayers are needed here once again.

What I don't get is why does one lady stop appearing while another one appears. There's like 20-30 women there. It used to be that in the area I work in, hardly any of them would appear if at all. It's just strange to me but it does look like they have some kind of control issues with lust... they don't keep it down and just focus on the job.

And F.y.i. I have no interest in any of these women. Of course I'm focused on the job so I feel like Satan has a hold on these women that are lusting.

Yeah some women are not even listening you got this quality lady and then this cleaning lady. In general they would prefer to continue to lust rather than do the right thing and move on but for some reason despite ignoring them they still try to hang around and its irritating. Its got to stop.

Yep quality lady decided to invade my space 15+ minutes before the end of my shift. This is among the things I have to deal with and when they're lusting I don't have any control of what they do and they're smart enough to irritate you but not do it in a way where you can report them to HR for harrassment.

As I've been told to by friends and others these women are a "trap". They'll play a game and if they get you roped in they'll take advantage of you and if you're not careful you can get fired.

So this is why I'm so irritated by them because they do this game where people have already been fired for it. I'm focused on the job but these people are too focused on the lusting...

I wonder if they don't know lust is a bad thing. Unfortunately a couple of them are not getting the hint I'm not interested.. not talking to them and basically ignoring them should be a clue...

They either think I'm shy or don't understand why I don't lust women or whatever.

If only I could just find a better job...

If yes put some photos of them up and if these ladies visit you talk about them.
Tell them how wonderful she is, how your looking forward to a trip, meal out, Cinema with her and if none planned bore them about the last event.
( or if single a flyer for your church and a tract and talk about Jesus. )

Lastly if you know of men fired beause of these women, talk to both your boss and human resources about how worried you are that innocent polite conversation with women who visit you at your work station.
Ask them for advice in not causing offence in these conversations you don't want.

Your putting a note out through official channels, that this guy is married, in a relationship and is not interested in flirting.

These can only act as a screen, wintery Knight has an account of a women reporting that she and some other girls were thinking of complaining about a man at work who would not socialise with them.
So you can be caught if you talk and caught if you don't.

I'm there to work, not to socialize. Sorry but if they are just not understanding that then it's really time to find something new because it's a toxic environment for me if they're busy flirting with the guys there

Well I don't talk to them at all. That wouldn't make sense. If someone looks like they're not interested in talking then you don't try to be in their way. The problem is they want me to talk to them and thats a problem because they want to flirt with everyone. These women are trouble, if they left me alone they would be good but a couple of women here are not just leaving me be

Start talking to them, about your faith.
If they don't know your boundaries, how do you expect them to honor them ?

I don't talk to any of the WOMEN at work because they LUST. They are UNCLEAN and it is TOXIC to my relationship with GOD. On top of all this iT DISRUPTS my ability to work efficiently. If I cannot do my job to the company's expectations they will fire me.

LUST is a SIN. I will not participate in their lustful ways. This a prayer section here. If you're not here to pray I don't fall into their wicked ways like I did before with a married women, with these married women I'm not falling into the same trap then why are you here.

I have to ignore these women and focus on the job as otherwise I'll fall into the same trap again.

I'm not there to make friends I'm there to work. As I said I need a new job because the women there don't stop lusting after all the men there.

Good luck finding one though as they're scarce and majority of the ones available are too stressful or I don't meet their criterias.

Or God can protect me from LUST.

They back off for a few days then come back. This lady hangs around my work center now and its irritating. 15 minutes before I leave yesterday she also does this.

Do they really think I'll give in and start talking to them? No, I'm not. Not falling for this trap again.

Yep, they're at it again especially with the quality lady. It seems like there is a spell on these people. Yesterday I had a migraine and before that and after it's like I can sense their lust (which from time to time I experience).


Also been dealing with rude, obnoxious drivers. In a hurry, tailgating and just overall not being patient or kind. There is some reason why I seem to be a target here..

Lord Jesus, our Savior, I come before You today with a heavy heart. I seek Your guidance and protection as I navigate a challenging work environment. There is a spirit of distraction and impurity that has crept into our workplace.

I pray for a renewed focus on the tasks at hand. May all of us, both men and women, be reminded of the purpose and dignity of our work. Help us to conduct ourselves with respect and professionalism.

Lord, protect me from temptation and guard my heart from impure thoughts. May I be a shining example of Your love and purity in this environment. I pray for wisdom and discernment as I interact with others.

I ask that You would heal broken relationships and restore trust among my colleagues. May Your love and grace transform hearts and minds.

Don't even look at women in the workplace,espiecially middle-aged women,keep it professional,don't even talk to any of them if you don't have to.Be open to friendship only after you have properly screened them.
