Everyone,

I usually don't promote things, but I thought this may really break the ice and answer some questions for people who have seen it advertized on TV. OK I took the big jump cause I thought if this thing is for real it's worth the chance to find out for $39.95 plus S/H. Well I got mine in about a week from the order call, and I plugged it into my USB port......very easy/quick to install with high speed internet service....a must.
I can call anytime/anywhere in the US and Canada for free......It works!!!! It cost me $19.95 a year....but the $39.95 does include your first year payment. If I have a friend/s in other countries like I have a brother/sister in Christ in Chelteham England, and one in Ireland, I can send them a Magic Jack and we can talk for free international. I got free voice mail, international calling, free phone number (for life), caller ID, free local/long distance calling, all through my computer and my magic jack being a phone jack for my regular phone. Plus they sent me a adapter for a lap top too. It's better than Vonage....they're like $25.00 a month....when Magic Jack is $20.00 bucks a year. The connections are clear, no problems calls being dropped.

*Now the only thing I've seen that may be a short coming to someone, is if someone goes to call you your number may not be a local phone number for them to call. The number given to me is a number for Columbia, SC and I live about 70 miles away from there.....but I can call my family which I have all over the US for free and talk as long as I want, and that alone makes it worth it to me.

So that's my information from first hand experience with the "Magic Jack". I highly recommend the Magic Jack for those of us who are hit with high cost long distance calls staying in touch with family phone bills. The only bill I get is once a year paying my next years fee of $19.95....that's it! If anyone is interested here's the site: http://www.magicJack.com and it is required you have these things in order for it to work for you.

1. Microsoft XP or Vista, Apple/Mac
2. You must have a High Speed Internet Connection i.e. Broadband, Cable Internet, DSL, Wireless, Wi-Fi, WiMax, or FiOS.
3. Monthly Maintenance/ unplug your router, wait 60 seconds and turn it back on.
4. And they do have help lines if you need it.....I didn't. And any information you may need is also on the package the Magic Jack comes in.......so easy!

I tell you what if this thing don't make major phone companies completely irate, it should with the money they loose and the money I SAVE!!! I just love it!

Kudos HIM,
