Elijah, please pray for my parents. I can`t get in contact with them or anyone in my hometown. The paper says their town was "leveled" and there are confirmed deaths. I`m hearing various numbers from 12 to 22 so I don`t know. I am now seeing pictures and videos of the aftermath, and it sends me to tears to see. If I could just hear some news from them or about them I would feel much better.
But as for endtimes, yes this could be the beginning of labor pains. I saw a news report that this tornado will go down in history and we are seeing a lot of things around the world happening that "will go down in history" simply due to the magnitude and destruction. I was talking to my cousin just a little bit ago and told him, we may just have to be expecting more of this stuff on a regular basis but we have to hold on and remember victory will soon be at hand with the return of Christ. So there is good news in things like this, but when it hits you personally it hits hard.

PJT::: I also will pray for your family. I hope and pray everything works out. that they are found safe.. May the Lord lift you and your family up. May the Lord bring people of faith to those who have lost so much.. God be with you and yours in this time of trouble...

Thank you for your prayers, and I am glad your sister is fine. It is a great relief to hear from a loved one after something like this isn`t it.
As for preterest, that is a strange theology to me.

And I agree that God is talking and we do need to be listening. These things happening in the world are not without meaning, and they are not outside the control of God. But they are not pleasant to encounter.

Hi again. Let me just say that when we read Isa. 5:4 for old Israel on, we see that God had only this method left for AWAKING His own even. He stated, 'what more could I do than what has been done?'
So in Matt. 24:21 we see the same last resort (Eccl.3:15) for ALL of humanity. What ealse could God do than what He has done for His very own today??
NOW: This we need to understand! Some of us are old gueezer's! (Old 'Christian' ones)
And surely we have NOT SEEN anything yet for what is taking place! Storms are only one small issue. And surely the first death is [promised to all]. And Agape Love would not have the old geezers go through this satanic hell, as I see it for NO Reason! But would perhaps in mercy let the person (or saved persons) be layed to sleep? Now for my other thought...
Let me put this in terms to awaken the 'don't rock the boat type', you know? 'be nice' talk nice & so on ones'?? Lets just say that my family were of these professed educated class, and that even though I went fast in this Matt. 24:21 stuff, that they still had to view my remains.. and good grief, I (even through I WAS DEAD) my body was all messed up!
Now: Perhaps this was the only way that this 'suposed' family of mine could be brought to Christ? OK: What would I want if that was God's only way to reach them??? Matt. 26:39
And let me add, the Lord cares not what brings one to Christ, as long as they COME TO CHRIST! And for these ones of Isa. 5? Love DID NOT DO THE WORK! (see Jude 1:22-23)
And be sure to understand that when one 'surrenders' it ALL TO CHRIST' from fear, or whatever, it is THEN & ONLY THEN THAT GOD CAN RECREAT AGAPE LOVE in them, from that point on!

Hi, let me clarify my [post]. As with Job & the Lord's Isa. 5 Vineyard, they & we, have had a hedge protecting us from evil. And God does takes the heat for causing all of this, but in reality what is done is He removes His hedge of protection from us & satan is turned loose to do as the Lord permit's.
And I know what you are saying 'i' think?;) (in bottom/line & agree!) Yet, satan & his anti/christ host of Rev. 17:rome + daughters need this to have their false revival useing Ceasar's forced religeon of 666. (with No repentance) And with A lot of noise & excitement, feelings + emotion! and of course forced religeon will be ok'ed by them as long as it goes along with what most already agree with.... and to do what they think will appease an angry God. And what two things do these most all already agree on? Gen. 3's lie of the devil, & Exod. 20:8 replacement!

Praise God, my parents are alright. Their house is gone but they are alive.
Thank you Elijah and Reba. I was told my parents house was "flattened" and I saw pictures and "flattened" was no exaggeration, but they are staying with friends so they are alright.
I know a lot of the people on the "death list" of 26 people which breaks my heart and so many were younger, healthier, and stronger than my parents so I can really feel it is a miracle my parents are alive and not even hurt. I see the pictures of what they crawled out of and am simply amazed they survived. Unfortunately I still have not been able to communicate with them which I desparately want and need to do. I need to somehow do what I can to help them rebuild their lives. I want to offer for them to come to Japan but I know that may not be an ideal or easy choice for them for so many reasons, but it is the best I have to offer at this time. I can also try and help with any other options they may want.
It is really heartbreaking though to know my elderly parents are homeless! Unbelievable!!!!

You could tell us a litle about your folks if you thought that you were led to? Do they smoke, or drink? The reason that I ask, is surely aid will flow in from all over the place for these ones effected by this diaster. And that is good, even though it will not take the total pain away. And for those who take part in this, it is the easier thing to do if when 'we' are able. And most all in USA are able.
Then there is the question asked? The reason was because my wife & myself are what most would call 'fanatic' Christians!;) We do not smoke, we do not drink or sware, & we keep the 7th Day Sabbath. (No TV
) And we eat very conservatively +! Anyway, our home goes by these belief's.Yet, we do have a four bedroom + 2 bath home. And if anyone is mature such as your parents, and would believe as us.. or at least abide by the Gospel's Rules?
(we to are mature in age, so real young ones might be a little to much for us?)
Then we would be open to these needs until one could find other means. But for their sake, the best way might be for us Christian's to just send the Red Cross, or another good charity group a donation.
And friend: 'i' do not mean to pry into any ones affiars.

Dear freeway, The Bible does say "in the world ye will have tribulation". What the Bible does not reveal is "which generation is the very last generation", which will see the "great tribulation", the greatest tribulations and sufferings of all time. It doesn't reveal how and when and why this will happen, and who the final enemy of God, the antichrist, will be, has not yet been revealed. It doesn't reveal whether antichrist is a specific person, or a group of persons throughout history who have all denied that Jesus Christ is God. Anything that denies the divinity of Christ is antichrist.If we are living in a preterest time..... Stop the train and let me off.. I'll wait for the next one..
And also, the Bible does not reveal the day nor hour for the end of the age, the end of time, when Christ returns. It just tells the Church to be ready to receive and meet her LORD when He comes again.

But it does DOCUMENT Matt. 24:14's repeat the Second time around. Eccl. 1:9-10 & Eccl. 3:15 'And Then SHALL THE End Come'!
And how many days will it take for the Earth to hear the Rev. 14:6-10 message this time around with the 'latter rain' & persecution? Not much! 666 will be broadcast by satalite.. with much interest. (zero/in on Matt. 10:23 while taking note that Christ was already there speaking! He was telling of the last frame of satan & crew!)
