Yew boy! Just for a heads up. Here comes the cancer phone calls for support, and the advice dished out there copiously into everyone's face that we've all heard a thousand times along with the other nine yards. Those of you who know me need not hear me repeat myself. And yet people have been following the advice and are sicker than ever. It's sorta like going to the IRS for tax reduction and evasion advice. 
But here's a tip. Follow the advice and get insurance discount despite the fact you'll probably die at 30 or 40 of melanoma while those of us who don't follow burden the system(so they say) even if we live until 100.
