Do I have one? No. Would I ever want one? Well, sure. I was considering finding one awhile ago and my school chaplain suggested I find one too to mentor me when it comes to Spiritual gifts. It's a little confusing what's happening there.
In my church we were supposed to be starting this new buddy system. The teenage girls were all going to be buddied up with an older lady (and the teenage boys with the older men) in the church but it never happened. I'm not sure why. I was really looking foward to it too.
All of the leaders I felt relatively close to in my church have all moved away (all 4 of them this year). While they all have known me for over 2 years now, none of them really know me if you understand what I mean. I'm hoping to build stronger relationships with the other leaders before I worry about having one as my mentor. I'm praying about it. =)
