More red meat and supplement bashing

I can just imagine this as an agenda evolving into either, 1) go vegan, or 2) Go to your doctor and take drugs instead of supplements and diets to protect yourself against these diseases.

Don't worry. ;) The end of the article said "eat less red meat". It didn't say "go vegan".
And if it's only about the Carnitine, there's no reason to supplement it. Our bodies can synthesise it from a number of vitamines or other amino acids.

It's kinda strange that I found this thread today. Last Saturday I decided to stop eating red meat for awhile. It's only been eight days but I feel more energy already. I think that whey protein is a wonderful way to get the protein you're needing daily, I been using whey for close to five years and it's wonderful. Just wanted to throw that out there if you are wanting protein and a good source to find it.
