As far as I am aware it's the same person. Rauel was a priest from median and his daughter married moses as is Moses Father in law, and i guess Jethrow is the same person because he's also a priest from median and also called Moses Father in law. Rauel and Jethrow must be the same person. Not sure why name change.
Unless Moses married multiple woman who's fathers were priests from median.
