I have been teaching him to drive here on this seldom used area , now we don't go out into the tarmac. just that loop called airport n drive. we don't enter into aviation blvd. he now has gotten the gist of shifting my truck into gear. the issue is getting him to get the learners permit. I must put him in traffic and also on the freeway and parallel parking.View attachment 6078

What's he learning to drive? A 747? :biggrin2
lol, that airport can barely handle one of those but that isn't wear he drives. its fenced off and you can see that in the image If you zoomed in that image. the road called airport n dr isn't a well used road so I have him driving that. learning to upshift and downshift and also how to park, do k turns. he stalled my truck once this last time we went there. now I must find another area to get him used to new things. I must motivate him to want to study for the learners permit. make the time to learn it and pass that test. so that I can further teach him. parallel parking is a must and also driving at night and hours on the road. I have another road I might recon that is way west(two actually) 90th ave if its not busy I might have him out there.
