I would like a prayer or two to help me face the denial and rudeness that I am receiving for accepting and believing in Jesus. It's hard for me since I've had so much negativity in my life and I finally found something so immensely positive and it is met with more negativity. I understand the Lord does not make everything simple for us, so I want the strength to withstand my friends and family and know that the Lord does in fact love me and it will never falter. Same as my love for him. He is what is right for me. He is what will change my life. He is what I live for.

You don't need someone else's formal prayer. Just pour your heart out to God, telling Him about the rudeness and negativity which you are facing. He will understand. He will not necessarily save you from this persecution. He may be using it to strengthen you. But the more you bring your problems before Him, the more He will work through you and enable you to face them.

Wonderful and most amazing is the Goodness of God ~ Who saves us from sin, for His glory, and because of His marvelous LOVE! :heart The biggest miracle of all miracles NBG, is just the very gift YOU have been given! :D NOTHING is more miraculous! Absolutely nothing ~ is so glorious! :infinity

I agree ... your relationship with, and faith in, Jesus will grow as you call out to Him and pour out your heart to Him personally. Do it - you will become an adorer of God as you come boldly into His throne thru His Son, Jesus Christ! :yes

I am so glad to hear your joyful heart say you live for Him... ! Let your mind remain fixed on Him thru all the negativity, precious sister. Read the Psalms~~~ let the Lord blend His earlier children's cries into your own. Also, be sure to listen to worship music, and sing along, it is SO helpful. The Bible says the the Lord LIVES in the praises of His people! Jesus desires that you enjoy His living, loving, beautiful, self. Thru worship, prayer, reading His words in the Bible ( His love letter to you), and thru fellowship, other belivers we come to know Him and grow strong and LIKE Him! :adore

You see... the Lord gave us one another to be encouraged and strengthened and built up in our faith. Prayer is always something you should be willing to ask for and to offer for others, this is one special way we share His love and grace and power! :praying

Think of the church ( meaning all who love Him and are called to His purpose) as a BAR-B-Q. HUH? I know it sounds funny, but wait. Okay... a Bar-B-Q, that is full of coals, ( the old fashioned kind )... each one aflame and very close together with only the whoosh of searing air between them. Together the coals make a beautiful useful flame. :muchlove

But take one out, and set it alone outside the gathered heat of the others, and guess what? Over time it will slowly become ashen outside, looking cool... BUT ~ if you touch it-- the ashes will fall off, and under the greyed pile of ash is a burning living coal! It has its own beautiful fire deep inside.

Now--- give it a while longer NBG, and in time it will go out. :thud:

But again--- if that little cold coal is placed BACK into the PIT! Ooooo it's A PIT? Yeah... back where it's good and hot, where the REFINER watches over the flames that touch His coals, and that little coal with LITE UP LIKE A MIGHTY PYRE! It will become part of the blaze that lights up the COLD DEAD world all around it, once again... :onfire

Stay close to the people who love Him, they will amazingly help Him to see your heart thru these kinda sad, and very painful moments...

Dear Heavenly Father, NBG and I come to Your Throne of grace for more grace, as You have told us to do in Your Bible in our time of need. Thank You Lord for her salvation! Make it possible for her to have the peace that passes even her understanding as she lifts her every request and pleading prayer up to You. I know Father, You love to hear Your children pray, that You always hear us, and you will keep her thru this season, and make her stronger, and more like Your beautiful Son Jesus thru this. Lord, grant NBG a heart of love for her family and friends, patience, and mucho grace, so they may come to You, and be saved too! Please let not one tear she cries go without glory to You Father. In Jesus name we pray, :amen
