Hi, my wife & I have sold off a piece of ground just under 5 Acres! God is good, huh? Also, just sold another two seperate acres, again, God is wonderful! But that is not the reason! :fadein: .
Anyway, we still have a beautiful 1 acre track fully landscaped with a septic installed, gravel drive with a large gravel parking area, with some trees and all. The price is $16,000.00 firm. It is about 5 minutes off I-85.

One other thought. If you are 65 you have no property taxes on your (one) home here in S.C.
