Full story on Charisma NewsOne of the lessons that Andrew Lampart learned from being on his school's debate team was to gather facts for both sides of an argument. So last month when his law class was instructed to prepare for a debate on gun control, Andrew went online using the school's Internet service.

Andrew decided to set aside his debate preparation and started researching other conservative websites. He soon discovered that he had unfettered access to liberal websites, but conservative websites were blocked.
Whatever people's position may be on gun control or other issues discussed in the article, we should all be able to agree that schools are supposed to teach our kids to think independently. To be able to do that, kids need access to information from both sides of every issue. By presenting only one side of each issue and preventing access to the other side, it stops being a school, in my opinion, and becomes an indoctrination center.
