Deputy Vernon 'Matt' Williams, shot and killed in Lakeland Florida during a routine traffic stop. His K-9 was also shot and killed.
Deputy Doug Speirs was also shot.

Pray for Officer Speirs recovery, and for family and friends of these officers.

Three schools are in lockdown still at this hour, as the manhunt continues.

The suspect was found the suspect hiding in the woods Friday morning. He was shot and killed. SWAT team reportedly fired 110 rounds. The suspect reportedly holding the gun belonging to officer Williams, and pointed it at officers.

Officer Williams was shot eight times. He leaves behind a wife and three children.
