One God the Father. One Lord Jesus Christ
God and Lord are titles of authority. God is the highest title of authority over the universe. Lord is the highest title of authority over the earth. God the Father held both titles in the old testament. And He held the title of LORD as all capitol letters. But when He turned over the title to Jesus it is Lord, only capitol is the L. From the new testament now Jesus is the only Lord, and the Father is the only God.
OLD TESTAMENT
Gen 1:1
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
(NKJ)
Gen 2:3-4
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
4 This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
(NKJ)
NEW TESTAMENT
1 Cor 8:4-6
4 Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to idols, we know that an idol is nothing in the world, and that there is no other God but one.
5 For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as there are many gods and many lords),
6 yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live.
Eph 4:6
6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
1 Cor 12:3
3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
I Jn 4:2-3
2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,
3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
Gal 4:4-5
4 But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,
5 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.
1 Tim 2:5-6
5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,
(NKJ)
Jesus said there is only one God the Father.
John 17:1-3
1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,
2 "as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.
3 "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

DEITY-DIVINITY
Deity and divinity is not in the Word of God. So one has to go to the human dictionary for the definition. And even the dictionary has Jesus inferior to God(the Father) but superior to man.
deity 1 a: often cap : divine nature or rank: the essintial nature of a god or of a supreme being: DIVINITY
di-vin-i-ty 1:the quality or state of being divine: nature or essence of God: GODHEAD (the divinity of Jesus) a celestial being inferior to the supreme God but superior to man<one of the subservient divinities>
Now it doesnt say that Jesus is God, what it says is He is second in command, but over every other creature in heaven and on earth.

Trinitarians want you to believe in something that isnt in the Word of God. Trinity isnt in the Word of God. Trinitarians want you to believe that it is to difficult to explain so dont try just believe it. They use all circumstantial verses to prove their point. A circumstantial verse is one that can be taken atleast two different ways. They want you to believe in something that man made up with no proof.
Rom 12:2
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
(NKJ)
1Thes 5:21
21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.
(NKJ)
1Thes 5:21
21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
(KJV)
Mark 4:22-23
22 "For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.
23 "If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear."
(NKJ)
The Word wants you to prove what you say or not say it. The Word says there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. Are you a believer in the Word or in man?
