The "Crossfires in the South" bunch had another of our meets today - we did a day trip where we toured some North Georgia waterfalls and Brasstown Bald. Of course, for me, the high point came as we entered the park to see "Anna Ruby Falls", mine was the last of eight Crossfires. As I approached the toll both the "older" gentleman smiled and said" "Now THERE is one I could own.." Of course, being the owner of an SE , I hear this stuff all of the time. In any event, I was QUICK to inform the others of his comment. The usual SE Jealousy ensued.
(SE means "Special Edition" - a Base car with red paint and some unique cosmetic tweaks - only about 450 were made out of 77,000 cars)

Of course, Wednesday was good, too! Met with my Cardiologist for my annual EKG and consultation. "EKG normal, just keep taking your pills - see you in a year.............."

My latest Cardiologist is smart! She is a Christian and told me I am old enough to eat what I want, in moderation.

SON OF A PUP! (As my dad would say).... My back window was falling out - like about 30-40% of all Crossfire Roadsters.

$1700 for a new top. If I could afford that, I'd own a way more expensive car!

So, after about 90 minutes and about $50 of materials - and waiting 24 hours to see how it worked - I THINK I fixed it! (The white stuff is adhesive from the duct tape, I have not cleaned up yet, I'll trim the glue from around the perimeter and make it look better - but I think I did it!
